Experience and qualifications
Robin Mürer is a Principal in the Retail &
Consumer team. He is based in Munich, Germany. Robin joined
Apax in 2007. He was involved in the take-private of D+S
europe and subsequently worked with the management team of D+S for
an extended period of time. He also worked on the acquisition
of Takko Fashion. Robin serves on the board of directors at
D+S/Netrada and Takko Fashion.
Robin joined from the Boston Consulting Group, where he worked
in the Retail and Healthcare groups, serving industry and private
equity clients. Previously he was founder and managing director of
Tempobrain - a human resources services provider.
Robin holds an MSc in Physics from the Federal Institute of
Technology in Zurich (ETH Zurich) and an MBA from the London
Business School.
