Experience and qualifications
Dimitri Rodionov is a Principal in the Retail &
Consumer team. He joined Apax in 2008 and is based in Munich.
Dimitri's deal experience includes Psagot, Israel's leading asset
management company. Dimitri also worked on the add-on acquisition
to the portfolio company, LR Health and Beauty Systems in
2009.
Prior to joining Apax Partners, Dimitri was a Case Team Leader with
Bain & Company in Munich, Germany and Moscow, Russia where he
advised large private equity clients on commercial due
diligences of over 15 assignments in various industries.
Dimitri holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Masters degree with First
Class Honors from the University of Valenciennes in France and
Moscow State Linguistic University in Russia.
