Experience and qualifications
Salim Nathoo is a Partner based in London and co-heads
the Tech & Telecom team. Salim joined Apax
Partners in 1999 specialising in the Tech & Telecom
space. He has both led and participated in a number of key
deals including iGATE, Sophos, Weather Investments, SMART
Technologies, Tim Hellas, Inmarsat, Promethean and Mobifon. He has
served as advisor and board member to a number of Apax portfolio
companies including iGATE Patni, Sophos, SMART Technologies,
Weather Investments, Tim Hellas and Promethean.
Prior to joining Apax Partners, Salim was an Engagement Manager
with McKinsey & Company where he specialised in advising
clients in the telecom sector.
Salim holds an MBA from INSEAD and an MA in Mathematics from the
University of Cambridge.
