Emilio Voli is a Partner and Co Head of the Investor Relations
team. He joined Apax Partners in 2001 as a Partner in the Milan
office and was involved in the investments in Azimut and PVH/Calvin
Klein. In 2006, Emilio moved to London to lead Investor
Relations.
Prior to joining Apax Partners, Emilio was a consultant at
McKinsey and Value Partners, where he managed the Latin American
operations from Sao Paulo. Previously, he worked at Goldman Sachs
in London and New York.
Emilio holds a first class honours degree in History from
Peterhouse, Cambridge and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

David Kim is a Partner and Co Head of the Investor
Relations team and is based in New York. David joined Apax in
2000 and was a Partner in the Retail & Consumer
team. He has both led and participated in a number of deals
including Contech Construction Products, Norcraft Cabinets and
Tommy Bahama.
Prior to joining Apax Partners, David was a Principal at Butler
Capital Corporation and an artillery officer in the U.S. Army where
he graduated from the U.S. Army Airborne and Ranger schools.
David received a BS with Distinction from the United States
Military Academy, West Point and an MBA from the Harvard Business
School.
David is also the Founder and President of the Children of
Fallen Patriots Foundation which provides college scholarships to
military children who have lost a parent to combat or training.

Adil Haque is a Principal in the Investor Relations team at
Apax. He was previously a Principal in the Tech &
Telecom team and is based in New York. Adil was the lead
Principal on a number of key deals including SMART and TriZetto. He
has served as advisor or board member to a number of Apax portfolio
companies including SMART, TriZetto and Pictage.
Prior to joining Apax Partners, Adil was a management consultant
with McKinsey & Company where he focused on advising clients in
the technology, retail and financial services sectors.
Adil holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in
Engineering in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the
University of Michigan, where he graduated as an Angell
Scholar.

Nadia joined Apax Partners in 2009 where she is Investor
Relations Director and Head of Client Services. Prior to
joining Apax, Nadia worked at Goldman Sachs in the investment
banking division where she had been for nine years, most recently
as an Executive Director in the Financial Sponsors Coverage Group
in London. Before joining the Financial Sponsors team, Nadia was an
Executive Director in the pan-European Real Estate team, advising
on and executing corporate and asset-level M&A transactions
across Europe. Nadia has also worked in management consulting
with A.T.Kearney.
Nadia received an MBA, with distinction, from INSEAD in 2000,
and graduated with a BA, M.Eng in Engineering from Cambridge
University in 1996.

Ellen de Kreij is a director in the Investor Relations Team
based in London, with a particular focus on European
investors. Ellen originally joined Apax Partners in 2002 to run the
deal generation practice, focusing in part on
managing relationships with the investment banking community;
she moved into the Investor Relations Team in early 2010.
Prior to joining Apax Partners, Ellen worked in the mergers
& acquisitions teams at Merrill Lynch and Broadview
International, where she specialised in advising clients in the
technology sector. She also worked for Shell in the Netherlands as
a regional manager for three years prior to completing an
MBA.
Ellen holds an MA in Dutch Civil Law from the University of
Leiden and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Rachel Lambert is an Investor Relations Manager and oversees and
manages a global contact programme of meetings with
investors. Based in London, Rachel joined Apax Partners in
2005 and was involved in the preparation phase and fundraising
process for Apax Europe VII.
Prior to joining Apax Partners, Rachel was an Investor Relations
Manager at Baring Private Equity Partners (BPEP), a firm
specialising in growth funds in emerging markets. She worked
at BPEP for 12 years both in contact management and in the
management of a global PR programme. Rachel began her career
in the Training and Development department of the London Stock
Exchange.
Rachel holds a BA in Latin from Bristol University and a
Postgraduate Diploma in Vocal Training from the Guildhall School of
Music and Drama.

Ellie Beare is an Associate in the Investor
Relations team. She joined Apax Partners in 2012 and is
currently based in London.
Prior to joining Apax Partners, Ellie worked
at Montagu Private Equity where she had been for eight years, most
recently as a Manager in the Portfolio team.
Ellie holds a first class honours degree in Economics from the
University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne

Kaitlin Fronczek is an Associate in the
Investor Relations team. She joined the New York office in
2010 and is currently based in London.
Prior to joining Apax Partners, Kaitlin worked
in Investor Relations at Tailwind Capital and at Lionhart Advisors
in New York.
Kaitlin holds a BA in Psychology with honours from Vanderbilt
University.
