Experience and qualifications
Omer Sade is a Principal based in Tel Aviv and joined Apax Partners in 2011. He is a member of the Tech & Telco team. He has been involved in key deals including Psagot, Schulz, Ten10 and Zap Group.
Prior to joining Apax Partners, Omer was an investment banker with JP Morgan in New York where he specialised in advising technology, media and telecom companies on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising.
Omer holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Computer Science and Entrepreneurship from The Interdisciplinary Center.
