Experience and qualifications
Dan is a Managing Partner focused on growth stage investments in consumer internet, software, and technology enabled services areas. He began his career at Apax Partners in 1999 as an Associate, and rejoined the firm in 2016, based in New York.
Prior to joining Apax Partners, Dan was a General Partner of Technology Crossover Ventures where he focused on investments in the Consumer Internet and Software sectors.
Dan holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he graduated as a Baker Scholar and is a member of its Alumni Advisory Board. Dan also holds a BA from Brown University, where he serves as Treasurer of its Alumni Association.
Dan also holds a fellowship with the Foreign Policy Association, is a member of the Board of Directors of the New York Venture Capital Association, and is the Chairman of The Opportunity Network, an education focused non-profit.
