Buddy Gumina is a Partner in the Healthcare group and is based in New York. He has participated in a number of key deals including Ideal Protein, GENEX, One Call Care Management, Vyaire Medical, Acelity, TriZetto, Qualitest Pharmaceuticals, Spectrum Laboratory Network, Encompass Home Health, Voyager HospiceCare and Magnacare Holdings, LLC.
Prior to joining Apax Partners in 1998, Buddy worked for Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Merchant Banking Partners.
Buddy holds a BA in Political Science from Yale University. He has an MBA from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
