Experience and qualifications
Nishant Nayyar is a Principal in the Capital Markets Team. Nishant joined Apax Partners in 2009 as a member of the investment team based in the London office. He has been involved in a number of key deals in the Tech & Telco / Services space including iGATE, Orange Switzerland, Garda, GlobalLogic and Rhiag. He currently sits on the Board of Garda World Security Corporation and is an observer on the board of Top Right Group Limited. In addition, Nishant has been involved with Sisal, Travelex, Takko and ALM at the portfolio company level.
Prior to joining Apax Partners, Nishant worked at Warburg Pincus, a global private equity firm, on a wide variety of transactions across industry groups. Before his time at Warburg, he worked with Bain & Co. in Boston and Singapore and Goldman Sachs in New York. Nishant has a BA from Williams College in Politics and Economics as well as an MBA from Harvard Business School.
